to help us stay organised and keep everything running smoothly.

The Role



This is a varied role that goes beyond day-to-day admin. You'll play a central part in helping the business stay on top of tasks and communicating with the directors, sometimes outside of standard office hours.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):



Communicating regularly with the directors, including some evenings and weekends. Managing emails, calls, and messages promptly and professionally. Maintaining records, filing systems, and databases. Assisting with HR admin such as scheduling interviews and keeping staff records up to date. Supporting financial admin including invoices, receipts, and expense tracking. Coordinating with store managers to ensure smooth operations across branches. Preparing spreadsheets, reports, and presentations when needed. Assisting with ad-hoc projects and problem-solving as directed by management.

About You



We are looking for someone who is:

Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Confident using Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Word, Excel, Sheets, etc.). A strong communicator who can build good relationships and handle tasks under pressure. Flexible and able to adapt to the needs of a busy business (including some evenings and weekends). Proactive, reliable, and motivated to learn and grow with the company. Previous admin or office support experience is beneficial, but full training will be given.
