We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of our office. This is a key role that requires excellent organizational skills, proficiency in computer software, and the ability to multitask effectively.

```Duties:```

-All daily bookkepping duties will be required

- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence

- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary

- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff

- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software

- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records

- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed

- Assist with organizing company events and meetings

- Provide support to other team members as needed

```Experience:```

- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role

- Proficiency in computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite

- Strong typing skills and ability to use office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners)

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
