Jaohar UK Ltd is looking for an Office Assistant/Administrative Assistant for our Lowestoft Branch. As Assistant on Shipbroking Department you will assume the duty of clerical and administrative support in order to optimise workflow procedures in the following:
Data Entry and updating database
Sorting and distributing mail
Answering phones and providing exceptional customer service
Providing administrative assistance to general manager and directors
General administration duties such as preparing tax invoices and a quotes and send weekly report to our accounting dept
Managing office supplies, including refreshments
Scheduling travel arrangements for senior Staff
Light accounting duties Requirements
Some experience in an administrative role
Good level of skills in Microsoft office, Good communication skills including a professional phone manner
Attention to detail, team mentality and a positive attitude
Professional presentation
Driving Licence essential
