Are you a friendly and proactive individual with strong organisational skills? We're seeking an

Office Administrator

to join our team in

Cardiff.





This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of our office and provide crucial support to senior management and colleagues across the business.


Key Responsibilities




Reception & Visitor Management: Answer incoming calls, greet visitors, and provide refreshments to maintain a welcoming environment. Communication & Coordination: Share company-wide updates and liaise effectively with senior management. Facilities & Office Management: Report maintenance issues, keep office spaces tidy, and maintain kitchen/staff areas. Health & Safety: Coordinate fire and first aid requirements and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Administrative Support: Handle post, manage supplies, minute meetings, book interviews, and help plan office/social events. Culture Champion: Help foster a positive and professional workplace culture, reinforcing our values.

Skills & Experience Required




Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (grade C or above). Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong administrative and IT skills. Experience in office administration is desirable; legal sector exposure is a bonus. Excellent written and verbal communication with a friendly, professional approach. Highly organised, adaptable, and dependable with strong time management. Confident working independently and collaboratively within a team.
