We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing administrative support, and maintaining efficient office procedures. This role requires proficiency in various software applications and excellent communication skills to manage both internal and external interactions effectively.
Duties
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organised and efficient environment.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain and organise electronic and paper files for easy retrieval.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing calendars.
- Support the team with clerical tasks such as typing documents, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all administrative functions are performed efficiently using Google Suite and other relevant tools.
Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Proficient in using Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong clerical skills, including typing speed and accuracy.
