We are seeking a highly organized, time-efficient Office Administrator to support management and contribute to the smooth operation of the business. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to management
Answer and make calls to customers and suppliers professionally
Organize and book logistics to ensure timely delivery and operations
Maintain up-to-date records of vehicle VOSA certificates and inspections
Assist in improving online sales and keep stock levels accurate while processing orders
Run weekly sales reports and keep management informed on performance
Book purchase orders and sales orders accurately and timely
Assist the accounts department with relevant administrative duties
Check and verify order confirmations from suppliers
Monitor and check the quality of stock received
Prepare and put together orders for customers
Maintain organized records and office documentation
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
