Job Description

ESW work with Local Authorities under government funding, commercial clients and able to pay customers to deliver energy efficient insulation, clean heating systems and power generation (solar PV), providing a high level of delivery, management and customer experience.

We are looking for someone that has a good level of data entry, administrative and general office software experience. Someone who can be highly organised and take direction well with a high work load. This role is more varied than your average administration role. There is a lot of adjustments to processes, and differing needs for different clients. You will need to be curious to learn, adaptive and research what you don't know, without relying on constant direction.

This role is 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday with 30 minutes break. Overtime is always available if desired. 12.60 - 14 per hour to be considered.

The final hourly rate will reflect current experience and transferable skills, with a probation period of 3 months, where the rate will be reconsidered based on performance.

Paid holiday will consist of 8 bank holidays and 20 additional days.

Duties



Customer liaison and customer service. Booking appointments, dealing with queries and directing complaints to the appropriate person Updating and monitoring project management software, making sure the most up to date information is recorded Creating project folders within our QMS. Ensuring the correct documentation is provided and stored Assisting managers and installers to ensure installs are coordinated, prepared and carried out appropriately Working with Lead installers to assess new referrals and instruct required surveys Quoting and purchasing Liasing with clients and subcontractors and monitoring the relevant stages
