Office Administrator
to join our central support team.
The Role
As our Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the smooth running of our head office operations. You'll be the first point of contact for many administrative functions and will support the senior management team with day-to-day office coordination and compliance tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the management team and care homes
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases
Manage incoming calls, emails, and post in a professional manner
Organise meetings, take minutes, and coordinate diaries
Assist with HR admin tasks such as onboarding paperwork and training records
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
Support with audits, inspections, and compliance documentation
Liaise with external agencies and suppliers as required
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in an office administration role (essential)
Strong organisational and time management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in a care or residential setting is desirable but not essential
