We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team in managing daily administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities
- To perform general office duties including
Managing supplier and customer accounts
VAT submission
Month end balancing
Bank reconciliation
Raising invoices
Recording and maintaining company daily transactions(sales, purchases & other transactions)
Payroll processing
Dealing with various telephon, email & in person enquiries with professionalism and etiquett.
Skills
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Excellent administrative and clerical & financial abilities
Good communication skills and professional phone etiquette
Confident in use of spreadsheets & our on line portal sage.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 12.21-12.50 per hour
