meticulous and highly organised Full-Time Office Compliance & Administration Assistant

to join our dynamic team within our Sheffield HQ. This is an exciting chance to be part of a thriving company at the forefront of our head office team, providing support and administration to our emergency responders and client requirements.

About the Role



As an

Office Compliance Administrator

, you will play a key role in maintaining efficiency and compliance within our operations. Your responsibilities will include:

?

Accurate data entry

- ensuring every detail is precise and up to date
?

Filing and document management

- keeping records organised and accessible
?

Assisting with compliance audits

- supporting regulatory requirements with a sharp eye for detail
?

General administrative duties

- helping the team stay on track and efficient including payroll support, review of documents and operational documentation completion

in an administrative role (essential)
