Office Administrator

Key Responsibilities
:
Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately
Raise purchase orders and input purchase invoices into Sage
Book accommodation for field workers
Process wages and holidays through Sage Payroll
Make wage payments via online banking
Manage fleet servicing, breakdowns, and planned maintenance
Type up quotes from drafts using Microsoft Office
General office duties: printing, filing, and ad hoc admin tasks
Requirements
:
Previous office experience (construction industry a bonus)
Sage experience preferred, but full training will be provided
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A friendly, can-do attitude
