The Role
We are looking for an
Office Administrator
who can hit the ground running. You will be the heart of our daily operations, managing customer enquiries, scheduling our engineers, and keeping our accounts up to date.
You will be responsible for:
Managing the daily schedule and dispatching engineers to jobs.
Acting as the first point of contact for clients via phone and email (Outlook).
Creating invoices, quotes, and managing basic accounts.
General office administration and data entry.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives on organisation. You must be able to work on your own initiative, managing your workload efficiently without constant supervision.
Key Skills & Experience:
Highly Organised:
You have a system for everything and excellent attention to detail.
Tech Savvy:
Proficiency in
Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
is essential.
Systems Experience:
We use
Service M8
for job management and
Xero
for accounting. Previous experience with these platforms is a distinct advantage, but
full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Communication:
A friendly and professional telephone manner.
