Job Title: Custom Relations Manger and Office Administrator

Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Customer Relations Manager to join our growing team. In this role you will play a key part in supporting our sales process and engagement with our expanding customer network. This is a varied role with responsibility for logistics and general office management tasks, providing direct support to the directors.
Responsibilities:
Sales and Customer Support:
Proactively manage our sales pipeline from initial enquiries to quotes and invoicing.
Collaborate with company bookkeeper on credit control.
Act as liaison between the directors and clients.
Assist the developers in responding to customer support queries.
Website and Social Media management:
Monitor and develop the company's website and social media presence.
Help develop engaging posts and handle feedback.
Office Management and Logistics:
Handle shipping and deliveries.
Manage office supplies and inventory.
Assist project manager with reports and information gathering.
General office admin, including risk assessments.
Coordinate events - trade shows, staff social events etc.
Calendar management - organise travel arrangements, hotels etc for staff.
Essential Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinking and customer-centric mindset
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of the industry (preferred)
Experience in Monday, WeQuote and Toggl would be an advantage but training will be provided.
Hours may vary by agreement depending on business need, 20-30hours per week.
