We are a busy double glazing manufacturing and installation business looking for an organised and reliable Office Administrator to join our team.
Key Duties:
Answering phone calls and emails
Planning and scheduling installation teams
Booking surveys and installation appointments
Liaising with customers, fitters, and suppliers
Processing orders, invoices, and general admin tasks
About You:
Previous office/admin experience preferred
Construction or glazing industry preferred
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confident using Microsoft Office
Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
