Office Administrator Full Time

Job Description

Provide day-to-day admin support (data entry, answering phones, ordering supplies, scheduling deliveries, and appointments).

Log all maintenance call-outs and arrange for team members to attend site as required.

Communicate with residents to confirm appointment bookings.

Communicate with clients to provide updates and post-visit reports.

Coordinate maintenance works -- liaise with contractors, log issues, and follow up on completion.

Maintain accurate records of inspections and service certificates.

Raise and submit invoicing upon job completion, as well as raising payment certificates when required.


Skills & Experience:



Previous experience in admin, maintenance, or a coordinator focused role essential.

Strong organisation and telephone communication skills.

Confident using Microsoft packages, including Excel and Word and basic digital systems.

Reliable, proactive with good time management skills.

Confident in working under pressure and meeting deadlines.


Hours & Pay



Full-time, Monday to Friday based in Dartford.

Competitive salary based on experience.


References will be required for the successful candidate.
