Job Description

Toner M&E Ltd are looking for an enthusiastic, career driven Office Administrator to join our Gerrard Cross office Team.

Responsibilities:



-General Admin duties

-Assisting Operations Manager with paperwork/certificates/O&M information

- Assisting in audits and preparation of various site policy documents

- Answering phone, emails and various ad hoc admin duties

- Creating and maintaining spreadsheets for tracking purposes

Requirements



- GCSE equivalent grade C or above in Maths and English (preferred)

- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (Essential)

- Previous experience in a similar role (preferred)

- Good with people, must have a positive attitude and willing to learn for opportunity to progress within the company
