Key Responsibilities
Responding and handling incoming queries by post email and telephone. Point of contact for all visitors
Administration, co-ordination and programming of breakdowns
Programming of maintenance service contracts including preparation of worksheets, financial and process administration
Daily administration of Checkedsafe and subsequent co-ordination of any required remedial measures for vehicles, rigs and plant
Monthly review of the training matrix and booking of training to maintain and progress training levels
Booking in of work orders / Raising purchase orders
Person Specification
Administrative office based experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Professional attitude / Strong self-management skills
Ability to multitask
