What we do
With both HV Design and Installation and the introduction of LV capability MPN has a portfolio of over 700+customers many who have been with us from the beginning and are repeat customers, word of mouth providing new customers frequently.
We have also diversified into battery storage and EV commercial installation providing recognised training for our Engineers.

We are looking for that rare individual who simply loves paperwork, has a keen eye for detail and is eager to develop themselves and the role.
The role...
Responsible for the day-to-day operational administration for the business. You will also be responsible but not limited to:-
Reception. Meet and greet our guests, give them H&S information and of course ensure their welfare requirements are met, tidy and reset the meeting rooms as required.
Answer incoming calls and ensure that you accurately field to the correct recipient with the information they need to accurately deal with the call. Yes, you will also need to call screen to help reduce time wasting phishing phone calls.
Customer Document Management - site files, purchase orders, schedules/trackers.
Hotel bookings/cancellations

Required
Ideally you will have an 'enabling' personality and be eager to learn about our business to make you more effective in your role!
Basic Microsoft office, Word/Excel and Outlook skills (additional training will be given as you develop).
Excellent communication skills both telephony and written.
Right to work.
Advantageous (training available where applicable)
UK driving licence
This role would suit someone who is looking to build a career in operational administration. Administrative apprenticeships also considered.
What we are offering you...
10.00-12.21ph dependent on experience
20 days holiday rising to 25 after 7 years
STD Hours; Monday-Friday during core hours (40 hrs)
