Job Description

We are an established rural business based 5 miles West of Morpeth. Our business is centred around agriculture, forestry and firewood (Northumberland Logs), Christmas trees and property rentals. We operate a busy office with new projects and improvements, thereby requiring further assistance with admin support and digital marketing, it is a pivotal role and key to helping the business with its next stage of development.

The role



Office admin support and digital marketing

Office and sales administration IT assistance - able to confidently use Word, Excel and Outlook: Create letters from scratch Construct simple spreadsheets to capture, update and display data i.e. sales figures etc. Assist with marketing content on social media channels Facebook Instagram Tik Tok Experience with image editing package Experience with WordPress Support external and internal events designed to expand our customer base. Programme of trade stands at events in Northeast Develop a range of promotional materials including flyers and exhibition banners Property maintenance and associated administration Supporting office team with contractors for repairs and maintenance Property inspections Maintain a centralised spreadsheet of all rental property Assistance with filing and the filing system plus other general office duties Assisting the business owner with diary management, administration and IT
This is a varied and dynamic role requiring a proactive, methodical approach and a strong team player. Training can be made available for any areas where relevant experience is lacking for the right candidate.

Please note that we are not on a bus route, so own transport is essential.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: 13.50 per hour initially with the aim being to increase in line with experience and progression.
