We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of our office. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of our workplace by managing office procedures, supporting staff, and maintaining a productive and welcoming environment.
Key responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a professional and friendly manner.
Use our software to manager our client database, logging all calls, enquiries and follow ups. This includes replying to customer queries.
Schedule staff diaries and maintenance call outs.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls. and answering our social media requests.
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, purchase receipts, and using xero.
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks and projects as assigned to you.
Must be able to assist in constructing spreadsheets and excel sheets to monitor and organise day to day running of the office.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office management software.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
