M Preston Plumbing & Heating ltd, Northallerton, North Yorkshire

We are a well established company with a great reputation in the local area, carrying out all types of plumbing & heating installations/maintenance.

We work in domestic properties & commercial businesses in the local area.

We are looking for a office admin/planner with great attention to detail & organisation skills. The ideal candidate must have great communication skills, work well under pressure & have a confident telephone manner. Having a local area knowledge would be beneficial but not essential.

Duties/Responsibilities :



Engineer schedules Providing first class customer service Answering phones, messages & emails Following up on jobs until completion & keeping the customer informed Able to self-direct, multi task & prioritize workload Ordering parts from merchants & online accounts Generating quotes & invoices Chasing outstanding invoices Organizing Vehicle servicing & MOT with our approved garage General admin duties Informing HR of holidays, sick days & leave for all engineers
