Role: Office Administrator
Based: Clarence Rd, Pontypool, NP4 8AZ
Position reports to - Office Manager
Job Purpose -To assist in the day to day admin demands of the running of the office and HR.
Key Responsibilities:
To handle phone calls
To delegate customer calls to the correct department
To handle customer enquiries / orders
Liaising with customers regarding special services
To serve customers onsite
To create and issue sales quotes and contracts
Create and check Purchase orders
Administer credit notes / customer returns
Scanning / maintaining filing
To carry out admin tasks as instructed
Data entry tasks
Recruitment (advertising / interviewing/ checking references / contracts)

Polite phone manner
Ability to complete tasks unsupervised
Excellent customer liaison skills.
Computer literate
Efficient & concise work ethic
Ability to work as part of a structure to help deliver a professional service.
*Please note this is an on site position to man our office. Working from home is not an option.
Package:
Full time 35-39hrs varied hours between 8am - 4pm Monday - Friday
With Saturday AM rotation (1 in 4 approx) once fully trained
Rate of Pay - 14 hourly rate (over 39 hours at time and a half)
Bonus Scheme up to 12% of earnings weekly. Depending on performance in terms of flexibility, quality of work, productivity and training.
Statutory 28 days Holiday
