About the Role



We are seeking a bright, organised, and ambitious Office Administrator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who demonstrates excellent potential and aspires to develop into a more senior office management position. In our small, high-growth company, you'll play a crucial role in supporting all aspects of the business while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You'll be responsible for providing administrative support across the business, ensuring smooth operations while gaining valuable experience in customer service, supply chain management, and financial processes.

Key Responsibilities



Serve as the first point of contact for office communications (phone, email, and in-person) Manage appointment scheduling and maintain office calendars for the sales and surveyor teams Process customer inquiries and coordinate with field staff Handle supplier relationships and manage procurement processes Process invoices, track payments, and assist with basic financial administration Assist with HR administration Maintain organised filing systems, both digital and physical Support the preparation of documents, presentations, and reports Ensure the office environment remains professional, organised, and well-stocked Coordinate internal meetings and company events as needed

Qualifications



Previous administrative experience in a busy office environment preferred Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop

Desired Skills



Experience in customer service or client-facing roles Familiarity with accounting software or invoice processing Knowledge of supply chain or procurement processes Interest in renewable energy or sustainability Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities Adaptable and resilient with a growth mindset
