Responsibilities
Managing incoming correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a professional manner
Organising meetings, appointments, and conference arrangements
Maintaining accurate records, files, and documentation systems
Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business materials
Supporting team members with administrative tasks such as data entry and document management
Coordinating project procurement and scheduling consultants
Ensuring the office environment remains tidy, welcoming, and well-maintained
Handling basic bookkeeping tasks and processing invoices or expense claims as required
Providing excellent customer service to visitors and clients
Experience
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred; training will be provided for suitable candidates
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar software programmes
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision whilst being a team player
