Part Time Position - Full Time Position Considered

An ideal opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our Pontarddulais Office as an Office Administrator.

This role is both varied and challenging, meaning the successful candidate will have a wide range of responsibilities.

Role will include:



Maintain records of financial transactions and deal with financial paperwork and filing. Effectively communicate with other businesses. General office duties. Data Entry. Banking. Payroll Support. Use of Xero accounting software.

Skills & Experience required:



Good written and communication skills. Good planning and organisational skills. Keen eye for detail. Initiative. Confidence in using various Microsoft Office packages, including Excel and Word. Use of accounting software e.g. Xero.

Full training will be provided



Pay negotiable depending on experience - Advertised pay amount is based on full-time hours and dependant on experience.



Part Time - Full time positions considered.



Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: Up to 25,000.00 per year
