We are Optima Care. We support people with severe and enduring mental health conditions and intellectual disabilities with complex needs and we are looking for a temporary office administrator!

Position Overview:



This role plays a key part in ensuring our services remain compliant with CQC and other regulatory standards, while also providing efficient administrative support to the office and management team.

Collation of weekly and monthly compliance KPIs for Quality and L&D, communicating results with the relevant team members. Support with CQC and internal audits by preparing and maintaining accurate documentation Monitor compliance trackers and follow up with managers on outstanding items Design audit templates in line with the needs of the business. Sourcing external training organisations. Monthly corporate analysis for accidents and incidents. Writing crib sheets for managers for internal processes. Support with investigations where required.

Required Skills and Experience:



Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Previous experience in an administrative role Excellent IT skills with a good understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be eligible to work in the UK and not require sponsorship This is an office based role in Teddington
