Duties
Clerical tasks and data entry of existing documents, scanning them into the cloud.
Maintain organised filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to information.
Support team members with administrative tasks as needed.
Implement office procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Experience
Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred, showcasing strong organisational skills.
Strong clerical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with general office equipment and procedures is essential.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
