The Role:
You'll be the backbone of our office, ensuring everything runs efficiently day to day. This is a great opportunity for someone organized, detail-oriented, and friendly who enjoys supporting a team and keeping things in order.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations and administration tasks
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
Maintain records, filing systems, and databases
Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Support HR and finance functions
Greet visitors and provide general administrative support to staff and management
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A friendly, professional attitude and a willingness to help
High attention to detail and ability to work independently
