We are currently seeking a motivated Office Administrator based in West Bromwich. We are seeking a driven individual looking for a new challenge and who is keen to progress within the role and help build on the continued success of the company. Someone who is able to fulfil multiple administration duties and supportive roles.
Key attributes for a successful applicant will include and not be limited to are.
. Fluent in English
Previous administration experience.
Good IT proficiency skills including Microsoft packages and our in-house systems. (Training) on our in-house systems will be provided.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong communication skills.
Answering incoming calls and re-directing calls as required.
Dealing with email enquiries.
Data entry.
Ability to self-manage and organise own time.
Professional approach.
Ability to work hard under pressure.
Flexibility.
Self-motivated.
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent 37.5 Hours per week
Salary: 23809.50
Working Week: Mon to Fri, 0900 to 1730
Ability to commute/relocate: West Bromwich, B70 7LH: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
