We're Hiring - Office Administrator wanted to join our office team based in Wetherby.
Based in Wetherby (flexible home working when required)
20 Hours per week - 9:15am - 2:45pm, 4 days a week (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri)
(Pro-rata salary) 25,000 - 27,000 per annum DOE
We're looking for a friendly, organised and self-motivated Office Administrator to join our growing business!
Your role will cover a variety of administrative tasks, and you'll also support with social media (full training provided).
Main Duties:
? Building & maintaining excellent relationships & communications with all clients, suppliers and contractors
? Supporting the Senior Management with varying tasks
? Planning, coordinating & managing meetings including booking meeting rooms
? Support with queries & administrative tasks
? Contacting suppliers and contractors to organise materials
? Social Media content creation (not including paid ads or strategy) (full training will be provided)
? Organising client contracts and project timelines
? Dataentry & any other ad-hoc taks where required
What we're looking for:
? Strong literacy and communication skills
? Excellent organisation, time management & reliable
Able to juggle multiple tasks and use own initiative
? Confident with basic computer systems (Outlook, Word, Excel)
? Effective communicator and excellent customer service skills
Willing to learn new skills
Experience:
? Customer service: 1 years (preferred)
? Experience working in the construction industry (preferred)
? Administrative: 1 year (required)
