Join a growing family-run construction firm delivering high-end homes across the Cotswolds. We're looking for a
proactive and organised Office Administrator / Accounts Assistant
to support the smooth running of our office and help manage day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
General office admin (ordering stationary, document management etc)
Managing invoices, receipts, and expenses
Supporting bookkeeping and liaising with our accountant
Assisting with payroll, CIS submissions, and supplier payments
Ordering materials and tracking costs
Supporting the director with ad-hoc tasks
About You:
Highly organised and reliable with strong attention to detail
Experience with accounts admin (Xero or KashFlow preferred)
Confident with spreadsheets and basic finance processes
Clear communicator with a professional manner
Able to manage your own time and work independently
