You will be working in a small 2 person office assisting our current admin with our ever expanding work load.
Summary
We are seeking a Office Administrator to join our expanding team at Surrey Refurbs LTD in Surrey. This role is vital for supporting our operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes that contribute to our commitment to quality service.
Responsibilities
Assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks
Manage phone communications with clients and subcontractors
Maintain organized filing systems for documents
Input data accurately into various software systems
Support the preparation of reports and documentation
Coordinate scheduling for team members as needed
Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various tasks
Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks when required.
Qualifications
Proven office experience or administrative background
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Effective phone etiquette and communication abilities
Familiarity with QuickBooks & Excelis a plus but not mandatory
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Experience with data entry and clerical tasks is preferred.
Knowledge of Google Workspace applications.
Construction administration experience proffered but not essential
