We are a busy office of software developers, creating fantastic websites for our clients. You will be responsible for the whole office running smoothly and efficiently on a day-to-day basis. Reporting to the Finance Director, alongside assisting the CEO and MD with everything from recruitment to keeping the office looking tidy and professional.
What will your Role include?
Posting Job adverts and setting up interviews
Ensuring new candidates are on-boarded from offer letter through to their first weeks in the position
Setting up regular reviews with staff members and taking notes
Co-ordinate staff travel arrangements
Ordering our free breakfast on a Friday
Event planning for staff and clients
Assisting the FD with monthly staff reports
Regular communication with all staff from CEO to developers
Meeting and greeting clients and ensuring the meeting room is ready
Adhoc help with finance tasks
General office administrative tasks, from answering the phone to stacking and emptying the dishwasher.
What you are already good at:
You will be a team player who can work with people at all levels and in different work areas of a busy office, you must have had at least 5 years of administration experience and been part of a busy office. You will have the following skills:
