We are a long-established, friendly legal practice in Kilbirnie, providing conveyancing, Wills, Powers of Attorney and general legal services to our local community. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an organised and approachable
Office Administrator or Legal Secretary
to join our small, supportive team.
The Role
This is a varied, in-person role where you will play a key part in the smooth running of our office and front desk.
Your duties will include:
Acting as the first point of contact for clients in person, by phone and email
Managing incoming and outgoing mail
Filing, scanning and general office administration
Supporting legal staff with document preparation and administrative tasks
Assisting with diary management and appointment scheduling
Ordering reports and data inputting
About You
Friendly, professional and reliable
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills, confident telephone manner and a helpful, can-do attitude
Good IT skills (Word, Outlook, Adobe and general office systems)
Previous office administration or legal secretary experience preferred, but not essential -- full training will be provided.
