Oakland Residential Management is a trusted property management company based in the heart of Hale Village. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our residents and clients, and we're looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Receptionist/Administrator to join our team.
The Role
As the first point of contact for our office, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for visitors and supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Greeting visitors and contactors
Handling incoming calls and emails
Supporting property management staff with administrative tasks
Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
Assisting with scheduling meetings
Handling incoming and outgoing post
What We're Looking For
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is desirable but not essential
