We have a position open for a Office Administration / Reception position within the company that is a full time position for maternity cover but for the right candidate could be full time position Monday to Friday 8.00 till 16.30
Starting December/ January for handover period
Roles Includes.
Day to day admin.
Scanning and printing of documents.
Answering's phones and replying to emails.
Typing up quotations and purchase orders.
Inputting invoices and raising invoices on Xero.
Payroll.
Liaising with clients.
General day to day admin tasks.
Keeping track of job costings.
Keeping up with paperwork for our audits.
Filing jobs away once complete.

Pay: 26,000.00-28,000.00 per year
