We are seeking an organised Office Administrator to join our team in our small but very busy workshop. The ideal candidate will possess administrative skills and a proactive approach to managing office tasks. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities



Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments. Managing bookings Handle incoming calls Estimates Manage Invoices Maintain filing systems Emailing Ordering Parts/Supplies

Experience



Previous office experience, with a background in administrative roles preferred Proficient computer skills, including typing and accuracy Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of work
