We are seeking a proactive and organised Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a key support role that requires someone who is confident working independently, comfortable liaising with senior staff, and ready to provide administrative assistance wherever it's needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming telephone calls and relay messages professionally and accurately to senior members of staff.
Being first point of contact for any visitors
Provide general administrative support across the team, including filing, scheduling, scanning and document preparation.
Assist with the organisation of events and travel arrangements.
Support other team members with a variety of tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a can-do attitude.
Input and maintain accurate records and ensure data confidentiality at all times.
Ordering from suppliers
General upkeep of the office
Skills & Experience:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Comfortable using Microsoft Teams for communication and collaboration as well as sharepoint is preferred but not essential
Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and document editing tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Able to work independently and use initiative to resolve issues.
Confident, professional, and approachable with polite telephone manner.
Desirable:
Previous experience in a similar administrative or office support role.
