DNH Construction is looking for a proactive and organised
Office Administrator / Receptionist
to join our busy admin team. We're a friendly and hardworking construction company specialising in insurance repair and reinstatement works, and we're looking for someone who can help keep the wheels turning smoothly in our office.
Key Responsibilities
Handle
incoming calls and emails
from customers, insurers, and contractors
Add new jobs
to our internal management system
Collate survey reports
and pass them on to our estimating team
Liaise with the claims team
to ensure customers are kept informed throughout their projects
Provide
general administrative support
across departments
Requirements
Previous office experience is essential, with a background in administrative roles preferred
Proficient computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility in a dynamic environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From 24,420.00 per year
