We are looking to recruit an Office Administrator/Receptionist/Legal Secretary. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone with office assistant experience to commence or expand their career within a growing law firm.
We provide full training for new team members.
Your main duties and responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
To undertake all administration duties as requested and be prepared to use a high degree of self-management and initiative.
Taking/making telephone calls in a professional and polite manner
Liaising with clients, third parties and others
Opening new personal injury claims and other cases, which requires a high level of data entry and accuracy
Closing and archiving files
Providing assistance to a team of Solicitors covering a wide range of tasks when required
General filing, scanning and photocopying
Sorting and handling daily post
Working with the firm's case management system to ensure documents are generated to various parties
To perform other responsibilities assigned by the management as and when requested
To be considered for this role, you should be able to demonstrate the following skills:
Customer service or office experience is essential
Strong grammatical and communication skills - always need to communicate effectively and confidently in a polite manner
Must be confident on the telephone with previous experience - outbound/inbound calls
This is a busy role, requiring a high level of accuracy and the ability to switch between tasks.
IT Literate, ability to work Microsoft Applications and adapt to the firms case management system
Ability to work to deadlines
A team player
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to use a high degree of self-management and initiative.
