Duties
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Manage and maintain office files, both electronic and paper-based.
Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
Booking Flights, accomomdations & travel for staff
Organise office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
Taking Meeting Minutes
Working with project team on sub contractor on boarding
Support team members with administrative tasks as needed.
Skills
Proficient in data entry with a keen eye for detail.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite applications.
Familiarity with clerical duties and office procedures.
Competent in using computerised systems for record keeping.
Excellent typing skills with a focus on accuracy.
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
Administrative experience is advantageous.
Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus but not essential.
Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
