Office Assistant (Part-Time, 1 Day a Week)



We are seeking an experienced Office Assistant to support our Managing Director with HR tasks, document updates, and general administration, specifically within a care and nursing services environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the care sector, compliance, and excellent organisational and administrative skills.

Requirements:



Impeccable office manners and professionalism Great understanding of care and nursing services Ability to think outside the box and find effective solutions Strong organisational and planning skills Ability to follow up and execute tasks efficiently, including resolving missing or outstanding documents Experience with HR procedures and document management Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Responsibilities:



Assist with HR-related tasks and paperwork Update and manage documents and records Plan and schedule the upcoming week's diary Follow up on outstanding actions and ensure deadlines are met Support with general administrative duties related to care and nursing services Make effective decisions to finalize tasks and resolve issues promptly
