Suitable candidate will be required to provide a high-quality customer service to clientele, this will include discussing plant hire, taking orders, messages and serving on the trade counter as well as general office administration.
Training will be given; however, plant/construction knowledge would be advantageous but not essential.
Duties to include:
Comfortable in talking to people, either face-to-face or on the telephone, in a polite and professional manner.
Working in an office environment within a team and assisting with the daily tasks.
Good time management.
Work well under pressure.
Knowledge of construction plant and equipment desirable but not necessary.
Ability to work with accuracy and a positive 'can do' attitude.
Organisation skills.
Computer literate.
Liaise with all members of staff and customers to ensure the smooth running of the business.
Hours: Monday to Friday 7.30am - 5pm.
Wage based on 21 and over, but potentially negotiable depending on experience.
21 days holiday plus bank holidays.
