Duties
Provide administrative support to the office team, including managing schedules and coordinating meetings.
Answer phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all information is up to date.
Liaising with customers to schedule routine maintenance and warranty works.
Updating and scheduling warranty repairs and parts.
Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Maintain an organised office environment by managing supplies and equipment.
Financial support for basic bookkeeping tasks.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and effective communication.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is essential.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Competence in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
