Job Description

We are looking for interns who are eager to learn, have a keen eye for detail and understand our typical clientele. Whilst our team is small and friendly, we require a high level of professionalism from our interns as we deal with high-profile clients on a daily basis. The office atmosphere is often fast-paced, and we regularly work to tight deadlines. Having some legal document knowledge is key to this position.

Key responsibilities:

Operations: Collecting and delivering documents across London Arranging national and international deliveries Scanning and organising confidential electronic records Basic office administrative duties and maintenance. Client services: Assisting with new enquiries from clients alongside updating existing clients by phone, email and WhatsApp Marketing (ah hoc): Writing and posting SEO articles on our website Creating content for social media (primarily LinkedIn)
Skills and experience:

Good personal and professional communication skills (required) Previous office experience (desired) G-Suite experience (desired) Understanding how to use Xero
Additional information:

Working hours: 9am to 5pm, 2-3 days per week"

Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and organised Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and be proficient in various office tasks, ensuring smooth operations within the office environment. This role is essential for maintaining efficient workflows and providing support to our staff and clients.

Responsibilities



Perform general administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents. Manage incoming phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette. Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Maintain organised records using computerised systems, including QuickBooks and Google Suite. Support the team with clerical tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars. Prepare reports and presentations as required. Assist in maintaining a tidy and efficient office environment.

Qualifications



Understanding the Legalisation process of documents Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Proficient in using computer software, particularly QuickBooks and Google Suite applications. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in data entry tasks. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility when required. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
