Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with visa applications and provide clear, courteous support.
Manage incoming calls and reply to customer emails in a professional and timely manner.
Perform accurate data entry and maintain organised records.
Handle clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and document management.
Deliver documents to embassies and consulates as required.
Work closely with team members to maintain efficiency and a positive office environment.
Requirements
Reliability and dedication are essential.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to stay organised and manage multiple tasks.
No prior office experience required, though previous administrative or customer service experience will be an advantage.
Comfortable using basic computer applications (e.g., email, internet, spreadsheets).
