We are looking for a highly organised and proactive
Office Assistant
to support our daily administrative operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic office environment and is looking to grow their career in administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
Organise and schedule meetings and appointments
Perform general clerical duties including data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing
Support other staff with various administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
