Job description
Office assistant to deal and manage general day to day office tasks, including answering phone calls, emails, filing, booking appointments for inspector site visits, booking jobs for internal maintenance team, managing various client base, obtaining costing approvals and ensuring internal systems are maintained / updated on daily basis. Ensuring a smooth office running.
Ideal candidate should be hardworking, methodical, numerate, have some Customer Service experience, good communication skills, ability to organise and plan on daily basis, be a team player / work independently, demonstrate good problem-solving skills and show willingness to learn.
Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word / Excel required.
On job training shall be provided.
