We're expanding our team and now looking for a confident, organised

Service & Sales Coordinator

to join our Blackpool HQ on a part-time basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a busy, structured environment -- dealing with customers, engineers, and suppliers while helping the business maximise its service and sales potential.

Currently our team structure looks like this:

Director

Business manager

x3 Engineers

x1 bookkeeper

As a small team its essential the right person comes in, you will understand that this working environment is a smaller cosy team who deal with lots of customer enquires via telephone and email alerts especially during colder months, You will be an admin lead and have great responsibility with engineers and customers looking to you as the main responsible persons of contact for the business.

The Role and a typical day:



Our office is a small business unit with occasional customer walk ins, This is not a retail setting and experience in working in smaller office environments is preferred.

You will work from our office base in Blackpool (near B&Q) You'll be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, engineers, and suppliers each morning.
Your role will include:

Handling inbound customer enquiries by phone and email Confidently making outbound follow-up and sales calls Booking jobs and managing engineer diaries using modern cloud-based systems Logging information accurately in Google Docs, Sheets, and CRM software Supporting quotes, materials orders, and daily job progress updates Ensuring every customer receives prompt, professional communication

About You



We're looking for someone who is:

Organised, confident, and calm under pressure

Excellent on the phone with

strong communication skills

Comfortable with

Google Sheets, Docs and cloud-based systems

Quick to learn new software and processes

Motivated by helping customers and

contributing to sales growth

Able to work independently and as part of a close team Not fixed on part time and passionate to accommodate more hours in the future to support business requirements Responsible and accountable and to go the extra mile even if it means extra hours or skills outside of your usual contract or job title
Experience in a heating, construction or service-based business is ideal, but not essential for the right person with the right attitude.
