Job Description

Role Overview:

The Office & Compliance Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of Lebern. This position combines administrative support with compliance and project oversight. The role is best suited for a detail-oriented, organised individual with strong communication skills and a willingness to take ownership of critical operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Frontline Communications - Answer and manage all incoming office phone calls. - Provide first-line responses to enquiries and direct calls to the appropriate team members.

Operational Support - Carry out daily/weekly post office runs. - Maintain organised filing systems (digital and physical) for contracts, correspondence, and project documents.

Contract Management - Draft standard contracts using approved templates. - Ensure all signed contracts are correctly filed in the CRM system. - Track contract renewals and compliance deadlines.

Project Coordination - EPC Upgrades - Manage and oversee the project to bring Lebern's entire property portfolio to EPC rating C or better. - Liaise with contractors, surveyors, and energy assessors. - Maintain progress reports and flag risks/delays to leadership.

General Office Support - Support Shereen Anderson with ad-hoc administrative and compliance tasks. - Ensure office systems and workflows remain efficient.

Required Skills & Experience
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Experience in administration, compliance, or project coordination.
Confident communicator with ability to liaise with contractors and stakeholders. Familiarity with CRM systems and document management software
Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.

Preferred:
- Experience within property, legal, or compliance-focused roles.
- Knowledge of EPC regulations and energy efficiency compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 14,000.00-17,000.00 per year
